All members of Rotary club Jalandhar west organized the AWARDS CEREMONY of the club at a local Hotel on 27th June 2014 at 8: 00 PM.
The meeting startedM with Honoring of the Chief Guest Mr. M.K. Abrol of ABROL ENGINEERING WORKS of KAPURTHALA- who had been very gracious to spare his valuable time in acceding of the request of our members for being the chief guest at this awards function.
The meeting started with the presentation of club activities during the reckoning year. 2023-24 by Rtn. Shikha Juneja – Secretary of the club.
These proceeds were highlighted by Rtn. Dr. S.P.S Grover PDG. & Rtn. P.S. Bindra – President of the club in detail of the events of the club that took place. during the year under reference above.
The secretary report on the year 2023-24 was, as elaborated below in the Chronological order of the events as belows:
The Secretary described about the Physiotherapy centre/ Eye OPD, Medical OPD & Laboratory were done at the Dr  KSG. Memorial charitable Society Centre , located at the premises of S.B.T Model School-SODHAL these facilities cater general masses of the labour community residing in the area.

About 70 projects were done during the year 2023-34, which included 7 Mammography Camps, 5 Liver/ fibro scan checkup camps. Marriage of 7 needy girls, Plantation of 1000 plants in various part of the city. Medical & dental checkup Camps, financial managements seminar in the Govt School, buildup work repairs of wash rooms, kitchens, & Court yard & sewerage works at two Govt Schools.
All the members participated in all the project very actively & rendered all possible/ desired help as per the requirement of the situation: A special mention can be made about the liberal contribution of monetary help by Mr. Gulzar Singh Soand of Australia & brother of our club past President Rtn. M.S. Soand in adding a separate wing of physiotherapy Lab at the chartable centre.
