Many a people joined hands to be part of this mega show including Rotarians and non-Rotarians and were observed participating in this show with proper enthusiasm.
\nMost of the participants carried their own Yoga mats with them and \u00a0the local people had arranged Durries to facilitate participants to maneuver many \u00a0yoga exercises, as directed by the conductor from the stage accompanied by the enchanting music\/Bhajans, most suiting to the occasion. Mr Rajan Syal the \u00a0instructor, gave the demonstrations of various techniques of Yoga and the mechanisms to relieve the neck\/ back pains and headache. All the participants followed and did all the exercises with great enthusiasm. All participants \u00a0were provided with the refreshments of fruits cold water\/ cold drinks.
